In the pressurised-integrated solar water heater the water is supplied directly from the mains and is always in the tank where it is to be heated. Inside each vacuum tube there is a copper rod (heat-pipe system) which absorbs the thermal energy due to solar radiation and transfers the heat to the water tank, raising the temperature of the water.
This system works all year round, but we have to take into account the outside temperatures, so both the inlet and outlet sections of the solar system to the inside of the house must be well insulated. As this system is pressurised, it does not depend on an impulsion pump for hot water.
Technical details:
- The copper pipe inside the vacuum tube could quickly transfer the heat into the water tank through heat conduction medium.
- The system can endure tha max pressure up to 0,6Mpa (6 Bar).
- There is no water in the vacuum tube.It can endure the freezing -35°.
- The vacuum tube can endure the hailstone 25 mm.
- Heat pipe has the functions of one-way heat transfer, small thermal capacity, low start-up temperature.
- For inner tank, we adopt high frequent welding especial.
- It can directly connect with tap water system.
- It eliminates the low heat efficiency problem caused by insulation.
